Will shipping costs be added on when I purchase a rug? Rug Gallery is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all online orders. 

What if I don’t like the rug once it’s delivered? Our goal is to equip you with a rug that will make you happy for a long time. If for any reason the rug does not fit what you are searching for, send it back within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. 

How do I start a return? Simply give us a call at (704) 979-7847 and talk to us during store business hours or send an email to yaser@concordmillsrugs.com to start the process for your return.

Do I have to pay for the shipping cost on a return? Yes, it is the customers responsibility to ship the rug back in the instance of a return. 

Do you have a physical location? Yes, we have a showroom located in the Charlotte NC area. The store address is: 8440 Pit Stop Ct. Suite 140, Concord, North Carolina, 28027.

How long does it take to get my rug? We plan to process your order within 24 hours from the time you submit. Shipping times vary by item and region. Typical shipping times for North Carolina and surrounding states is about 7-10 days. Once a tracking number for your order becomes available we will send it to you so you can stay up to date on your order.

What if the rug I want is not in stock? If the rug you want is out of stock, we will work hard to update you on back-order dates or send you alternative options that are readily available.
