Our journey began with Yaser, who started working in the rug business at the young age of 18. Beginning as a part-time employee , he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a full-time assistant manager and eventually a store manager. After years of working in the rug business, Yaser gained the experience, knowledge, and passion needed to open his very first store in Concord Mills; this opportunity came when the owner of the rug store he was working at decided to close and move the business to California.

Armed with his accounting degree from UNC Charlotte and a deep love for his hometown of Charlotte, Yaser set out to create a showroom that offered a vast selection of high-quality rugs at unbeatable prices. As a proud local, family-owned business, Rug Gallery at Concord Mills reflects Yaser’s connection to the Queen City and the Carolinas, where he’s lived his entire life. His roots run deep, and his commitment to supporting the local community is evident in everything we do.
